Specific technical requirements are


  1、Appearance quality: The surface of the tooth body is smooth and smooth, without cracks, folds, dents and other defects visible to the naked eye, and the surface of the tooth body takes anti-rust measures.


  2, surface hardness: tooth body after heat treatment, tooth body head surface hardness ≥ 40HRC, tooth body shank surface hardness 38-42HRC


  3, impact toughness: tooth body after heat treatment impact toughness ≥ 49J/cm²


  4, brazing seam shear strength: tooth body and carbide brazing seam shear strength ≥ 180MPa


  5、Fullness of the weld seam: the welding seam is filled with solder of not less than 80%.


  6, cladding layer hardness cladding layer hardness ≥ 60HRC


7、Cracking check: the weld area and the welding material and the base material bonding surface shall not have a crack
